If you’re unsure about how many FlowBots you need, start with the free plan, which includes 1 FlowBot with limited capacity. DigitalBPM always strives to process all incoming requests, even if the FlowBots capacity doesn’t allow immediate execution. We’ll place the request in a queue and process it as soon as the FlowBot catches up.
Our service includes a dashboard section where you can check if the capacity of your current FlowBots is sufficient. If you notice load spikes, you can switch to a paid plan and purchase an additional FlowBot to speed up task processing.
Most services offer pricing based on the number of tasks, but we believe this approach isn’t always transparent. It can be difficult to predict in advance how many tasks you’ll need to execute, which may lead to unexpected interruptions in work or excessive expenses.
We’ve chosen a different approach—payment per FlowBot with a defined capacity. This allows for transparent cost forecasting, prevents unexpected failures, and provides flexibility in operations. Additionally, this approach is often more cost-effective.
Another advantage of our model is the task queue. It ensures that no task is lost, even if the number of tasks exceeds the FlowBots throughput. Any tasks the FlowBot cannot handle immediately will be added to the queue and processed as quickly as the current FlowBot capacity and speed allow.
The number of tasks indicated in our plans is approximate and assumes continuous operation throughout the month.
A workflow is an algorithm that is visualized as serial data transfer from block to block. Thanks to workflows, even complex algorithms become understandable for people not associated with programming.
An operation is a calculation performed within a block. Any calculation within any block is called an operation.
A task is a collection of all calculations occurring within a single workflow. The workflow can be called multiple times. Each individual workflow call is a separate task.
Yes. Registration in the service is free. The default plan does not require payment or billing information.
We provide discounts to clients who are ready to pay for a significant period in advance. For example, when making an annual subscription, we provide a discount that is approximately equal to the amount of costs for 2 months. If you are interested in special terms of cooperation, please contact our sales department.
Yes. The subscription plan can be changed at any time. The amount of monthly costs will depend on the number of users and the chosen tariff plan.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. We will credit you with credits that you can use if you decide to renew your subscription later.
