Who are we?

DigitalBPM is a technology company focused on integrations and workflow automation.
We build tools that help companies connect their software systems and automate how
those systems work together.
The company was founded by Serhii Kostiushkin, a software architect with more than
two decades of experience building distributed systems.
Our goal is simple: make integrations easier to build, easier to operate, and easier to scale.
The name DigitalBPM carries a double meaning

On one side, it stands for Digital Business Process Management — the idea that modern businesses run through digital workflows connecting many systems.
On the other, we see DigitalBPM as a platform where the heartbeat of thousands of digital
workers happens every moment. In this sense BPM also means Bits Per Minute —
the constant flow of data and tasks moving through automated processes.
DigitalBPM is designed to be the environment where these digital processes run, coordinate, and evolve.
Why we started DigitalBPM?

Modern companies rely on many software tools — CRMs, marketing platforms,
analytics systems, finance tools, support platforms and more.
But these systems rarely work together smoothly…
Integrations are still slow to build, expensive to develop, and difficult to maintain.
Every new integration often requires engineering effort and weeks of work.
As the number of SaaS products grows, the gap between systems grows with it.
DigitalBPM was created to help close that gap.
What we do?

DigitalBPM is a platform for building integrations and automating workflows between software systems. Instead of writing custom integration code for every connection, teams can design workflows visually and configure how systems interact.
This allows companies to launch integrations faster and adapt automation as their infrastructure evolves.
Most integrations are still built manually…
DigitalBPM takes a different approach

Our platform uses reusable components and a structured architecture that allows integrations to be created and maintained more efficiently.
The goal is simple: enable integrations to be built and expanded at scale.
Integrations that run themselves

Building integrations is only part of the challenge — they also need to run reliably.
DigitalBPM introduces FlowBots — automation agents that execute workflows continuously, process tasks, and retry failed operations.
Instead of static scripts, organizations get workflows that operate reliably in the background.
Automation is not a world without people

Machines are good at repetitive work and large‑scale processing.
Humans remain better at creativity, strategy, and adapting to new situations.
In the systems we build, automation handles operational tasks while people focus on decisions, ideas, and direction.
Technology should amplify human capabilities — not replace them.
Our Vision

Software ecosystems will continue to grow as new SaaS products appear every day.
For this ecosystem to function, systems must be able to connect easily.
DigitalBPM aims to make those connections faster to build, easier to operate,
and capable of scaling with the growing software landscape.
The Future of Connected Software

As organizations rely on more specialized tools, integrations will become essential infrastructure.
DigitalBPM exists to make those connections easier, faster, and more reliable —
helping companies build software ecosystems where systems truly work together.
